Our unique algorithm will take this information and calculate a total score.  These results are then compared to individuals in similar professional circumstances as you. 

You may also request include commentary around strengths and areas of continued development. From there you can decide if you would like to set-up professional development consultation sessions with a member of our team. These sessions will afford us to get to know you even better and round out your talent score.
